This is a FULL LENGTH 72" long Kaizen Insert for your NEW Decked drawer system. Each layer of foam is 57mm (2-1/4") thick

If you are looking to have your Kaizen Inserts stop at the Decked Dividers, you are on the right listing! Choose the length of foam for 1, 2 or all 3 layers. Finally choose the color foam you would like. Each layer of foam is 57mm (2-1/4") thick

If you would like the limited run black anodized Kollars with your name or company logo laser engraved, please email you logo or name to brian@kaizensource.com - you will get a pdf proof before production. This can add up to 1-5 business days
- When Purchasing the "Fill" Option, the 30mm thick piece goes in first, then the 57mm goes on top
- Milled (or grooved) edges always face down in the box to accommodate taper and box extrusions
- The 8424 foam lid insert is not made to hold tools, but more of an additional pad for compression

- All 4 drawers are the same profile.
- The bottom piece (1st layer) has the 3 grooves, and is available in both 20 & 30mm
- The "FILL" piece lays on top of the bottom piece and there are NO grooves in it.
- You can fit up to a combination of 1-20mm thick & 1-30mm thick per drawer
- The top 2 SMALL drawers are the same profile.
- The bottom piece (1st layer) has the 3 grooves, and is available in both 20 & 30mm

If you do not have the bottom layer of foam for this box, be sure to choose YES!
Be sure to choose if you would like us to adhere the foam to the substrate for you. If you choose to DIY, a spray-on contact cement works best.
Kaizen Inserts are sold as individual pieces. To fill the box, choose "Bundle - All layers" for an automatic 10% discount.
(#1 is ALWAYS the first piece installed)
- Layer #1: 57mm (2.25") thick bottom
- Layer #2: 57mm thick foam pieces when placed on top of bottom layer, will leave a small space to top edge of box
- LID Option: 2.25" thick piece of foam to fill the lid
